Adding some of your favorite fall greenery, flowers, garland or leaves can turn any existing item in your home into a fall statement piece. Faux flowers that actually look authentic are a must! We styled some pieces all around the home, and it made the vibe ten times cozier. Don’t feel like you have to drop big money on it, the pine cones were priced at only $5 for a huge bushel, and they made the entire house smell like a fall dream. We aren’t joking, even my guy noticed when he walked inside! We found endless bushels of flowers priced from $3-$6.99, and the cotton pieces and leaves were $1.49 each. Can’t beat it! If you’re having trouble styling your own arrangement, the premade arrangements were stunning, and almost every one of them under $24.
Stick to the Basics
Transitional pieces are essential, and so easy to dress up when it comes to fall decorating! You don’t need to drop a ton of cash to grab a few pieces that you can easily transition into Christmas decor in a month or two. Some of our favorites include lanterns, galvanized metal, and chalkboards. We grabbed a unique, vintage-looking sign, and a transitional wall hanging with wire baskets to stuff with fall goodies. As you can tell, we are loving the farmhouse look that has been very in the last few years. Nothing beats timeless vintage pieces!
Keep it Cozy
Candles. Candles everywhere. The limit to candles during the fall season does not exist. These “Apple Crisp” and “Cinnamon Pecan Swirl” candles were under $1.50 each and made the entire house smell like Thanksgiving. Even better, the options were endless when it came to holders to put them in. Mixing patterns is in, so we utilized several options to make the little details really pop. We are oh-so-thankful that flannel is still super in-style right now! We styled this amazing $14 tablecloth as a runner for our Thanksgiving meal set-up, and it made the statement colors really pop at the table.
Put Effort Into the Little Details
